Arrowleaf Honey Tasting

The Worker Bees at The Bee Folks decided to take a quick break, and went live on FaceBook while taste-testing some of the new varietals we just put up on the website. We don't normally do fancy samplings, but for this we broke out the cornbread, challah bread, and apple slices!
The following is a summary of comments about Arrowleaf Honey. Arrowleaf is a type of clover, grown in the Pacific Northwest. This comes to us straight from the beekeeper!
If you would like to see all of the shenanigans, you can find the original live feed here.
Lori - Founder of The Bee Folks
Paisley - Production Manager
Christen - Girl Friday, previous salesperson
Robyn - Office manager
Brannon - one of the Bee Folks Triplets
Brannon - Mmmmmmmm! But maybe a little bit too sweet....
Lori - thicker, somewhat smokey, but its a bit too intense for cornbread, almost not sweet enough for cornbread. But I really like it on Challah bread!
Robyn - has a little bit of a bite to it, but the flavor gets overpowered when eating it with an apple. Not my favorite.
Christen - has a more intense flavor than the Apple Honey, I like it on the cornbread. It's best on the Challah bread.
Paisley - reminds me of Holly Honey, where it has almost a little bit of a bite. The Arrowleaf on cornbread reminds me of syrup on pancakes. I'm really liking Arrowleaf Honey on the cornbread!
