Basswood Honey, also known as Linden Honey, has a light, sweet taste that many describe as "herbal" or "green". This honey is hard to find due to the destruction of softwood forests for the furniture industry. We have only a very limited amount of this honey, and we do not expect to get it in again anytime soon. This is raw honey. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
