I recently purchased this honey to combine with some California Cabernet Sauvignon concentrate to make a Pyment.
The honey has a beautiful color and tastes great. Ans I just checked the pyment after completing primary fermentation and I has a really complex flavor and aroma. I think it may be a real winner!
