Scorpionweed Honey

Scorpionweed, also known as Tansy, comes from the same family as borage. It is planted as an edge crop to control unwanted pests, but also produces large amounts of honey. Scorpionweed Honey is.....hard to describe. It is sweet, and has a sharp herbal aftertaste. This could be interesting in tea, lamb, or biscuits. This is raw honey.
