Shipping and Handling Policy
We typically ship within 1-2 working days of receiving an order. During the Winter Holidays, we attempt to ship all orders by the next working day. During the Renaissance Festival season, shipping may be delayed up to one week due to the availability of merchandise. At times, shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
If you need an order by a specific day, please make a note in the comments section of the order form, notify us via email at lori@beefolks.com, and/or call us at 877-423-3365 (877-4BEEFOLKS).
Handling
We have removed the handling fee on all orders.
Insurance
We insure all USPS packages through a third-party insurer. To offset this cost, we charge a $1 insurance fee on all USPS orders. If you find that your package has been damaged in transit, please notify us via email, along with any pictures of the damaged package and/or merchandise. Then MAIL us a letter stating the invoice number, date received, description of the damage, and a signature. We will reship your order, and handle the insurance claim.
Returns of Food Items
Due to safety issues, we cannot accept returns of food items. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us at 877-423-3365, and we will be happy to assist you with your concern. Each case is individual, and possible solutions include further education about our products, reshipment, or issuance of store credit.
