my favorite (3/28/2012)
I tried several honey varieties when visiting friends in Annapolis, and when I got back to Massachusetts, I decided I might as well get a gallon if I was having it shipped all that way. I guess the taste varies by year, but I find mine from 2010 nicely mellow, maybe because it doesn't have any bitterness. It also crystalizes quite a bit, which I consider a plus both for measuring and for nibbling a spoonful straight. It's like if "regular" honey and brown sugar got together and had a baby.

Great Honey (8/28/2006)
I used this honey to make a mead and it turned out great. These guys make great honey and are well worth the money. I'm glad I found them on the internet so I don't need to go to the PA Ren fair (great place to taste their honey).
